Cinics Initiative

Expanding Access to Care

Our organization currently provides in-home Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Behavioral services to support individuals and families in their daily environments. This model allows us to deliver care where it is most meaningful—at home, where skills are lived and applied.

To further expand access and meet growing community needs, we are working toward the development of specialized outpatient clinic locations.

Our Vision for Clinics

Our future clinics are designed to complement our in-home services by offering structured, accessible spaces for therapy, evaluation, and continued care. These facilities will allow us to serve more individuals, reduce wait times, and provide additional flexibility for families who benefit from a clinical setting.

Planned clinic services may include:

  • Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy

  • Behavioral and developmental services

  • Comprehensive evaluations and assessments

  • Care coordination and interdisciplinary treatment

  • Group-based skill development programs
